The Eureka Addons Online Support Portal gives our customers easy access to support, user guides and tutorials on our Sage Addons products.
The portal can be accessed through this site via the Support button in the menu bar. This link will take you to the portal sign in page where existing customers and Business Partners will be able to register an account using their company email address.
Once registered you will have full access to the portal, with the freedom to raise tickets and browse our range of support material.
Raise Support Tickets
One of the main benefits of our support portal is that it gives you the ability to raise new and enquire on existing support tickets at any time, without the need to call our support desk or keep track of email trails.
Through the portal you can complete a short form, confirming which Addon you require support with and a description of the issues you are facing. If you are a Business Partner you can also specify which of your customers are experiencing the issue.
When filling out the form our responsive search feature will prompt you with articles relevant to the information you have provided where you may find the answer to your question.
There is also a facility to attach any files or screenshots you feel are relevant to the issue, once submitted this will be directed to the member of our support team who is most qualified to help.
Enquire On and Update Open Tickets
You can check the status of your tickets through the “My Tickets” section of the portal and receive updates on progress from our support team.
You also have the ability to send further messages attached to the ticket and if you manage to resolve the issue yourself you can also close the ticket through the portal.
