Fully integrated with Sage 200, Courier Link allows you to connect to popular carriers including: Royal Mail, FedEx, DPD, Tuffnells, NetDespatch and Asendia. Generate and print package labels and store tracking numbers against shipments, all within Sage 200.

PDF shipping labels can be automatically created at the point of order, ready to print and attach to parcels, removing the need to manually create labels individually with customer address details.

Courier Link can be configured to automatically convert parcel weights to suit different courier requirements.

Additional menus are provided allowing users to configure individual courier settings and services, ensuring customers are charged accordingly.

When viewing despatches on a sales order, users are given enhanced options to view or amend the parcels linked to the despatch. This also gives users additional information including delivery service and tracking number.

Our collaboration tools for communication and file sharing run on cloud platforms which allow us to offer a seamless content sharing solution both internally and for our customers and partners.

We have the capability to access customer content remotely and any training can be provided using online screen-sharing platforms.
