Founded in 1990, De Soutter Medical are the world’s leading manufacturer of powered surgical instruments, specialising in the development, production and worldwide distribution of powered instruments for surgical procedures.
The company strive to offer customers an extensive range of high quality products which are technically innovative, whilst providing long-term value. De Soutter Medical produce a range of over 800 products whilst focusing on providing high quality customer service.
As well as manufacturing and selling medical equipment, De Soutter Medical also manage the repair, maintenance and warranty of their products.

This system offered limited functionality in areas such as contract management, asset tracking, repair management and reporting.

Following a full evaluation of the unique processes undertaken by De Soutter Medical we identified that our Warranties, Service and Repairs for Sage 200 module would meet their requirements and give them the functionality which their business processes demanded.
We were able to customise the module to fit in with De Soutter’s existing processes, adapting the software to suit their requirements, rather than forcing procedures to change.
This gave De Soutter the functionality to manage their warranty and repair system whilst operating in the manner which best suited their business.
