Sage 200 is a market leading, robust business management software solution for SMEs for good reason. We would know, we’ve been selling, developing and supporting it for nearly two decades now. With that in mind, there’s always been tasks which Sage 200 doesn’t enable the user to do. Those small, sometimes frustrating barriers to making the user’s job easier don’t need to be as such.

Well, you can, often with just a click of a button. Here’s a few examples of what Plus Pack provides for its users:
- MMS108-Profit Warning – The Profit Warning addon will display a warning if a predetermined profit percentage, for example, 20%, is not reached by a Stock Item or overall profit on a Sales Order. This can be set to come up as a warning or block the transaction from completing.
- MMS329-Customer Stock Codes – This allows the user to create Customer specific Stock Codes which are linked to standard Sage 200 Stock Codes, with the option to have multiple Stock Codes per Customer if required. This comes in handy as you can make the Stock Code relatable and memorable to the Stock Item, rather than having to look up the correct Stock Code every time. This will then automatically pop into your Sales Order as the standard Stock Code.
- MMS123-Back to Back PO – This allows the user to generate a purchase order directly from an existing sales order, saving time creating the order and removing the need for duplicate data entry. Sage 200 actually already has this – but it’s restrictive and doesn’t allow for free text items or attaching anything within the PO. Back to Back PO enables you to take items off, change supplier which will change the price (if different to the original supplier), add a delivery cost, change the warehouse receiving it and create the relevant POs. If required, the original PO can always be referred back to.
- MMS379-Cash Book Audit Log – This records any changes made to the cash book account fields, which user made the change and the date/time of the amendment. This is one of the many Addons ensuring accountability in users’ Sage 200 systems.
From the 90+ features provided in Plus Pack, the user can enable and disable the certain ones that they want turned on. For multiple users, each person can have their own specific features enabled to suit their role and their preference, ensuring the most efficient process is available for every department and individual.
